<p>Joined vessel 20/5/26</p> <p>* Maintenance replace some bilge piping port fwd void </p> <p>21/5/26 * charts corrected for NOTAM edition 10, of note scientific instrument at northern end of bund wall at FLNE fly3s until end of June </p> <p>* MRF submitted for hull clean below waterline </p> <p>* 23/5/26 Stbd Engine room bilge alarm not working, maintenance replaced float switch all working again </p> <p>* 25/5/26 fire alarm port side was stuck on after testing, removed test panel upwards and tapped it and that stopped it </p> <p>* maintenance put new key in the Gypsy drive for anchor winch it was an original Muir part as the key that was in there was temporary mild steel </p> <p>* Genset didn't want to start for pm operations, battery was changed out but wasn't the problem , the starter motor needed a whack and away it went , the new battery stayed in there with new terminals fitted </p> <p>* The smoke detector in the female toilet was hanging down with retaining clip broken and no battery in it ? Removed from roof panel , maintenance fitted replacement detector 26/5/26 . The port side men's toilet smoke detector was flat , new battery fitted 27/5/26 , spare 9 volt battery for smoke detectors in the spares box now </p> <p>* 26/5/26 Maintenance conduct 250 hr service on Genset @ 288 hrs</p> <p>* Apparently there have been aircon contractors working on the aft a/c unit 25 + 26/5/26 whilst on break and aircon is still u/s , it is isolated at the a/c distribution board by the circuit breaker being switched off I believe </p> <p>* 27/5/26 Port-main has a water leak in the exhaust elbow and have tightened hose clamps to monitor prior to MRF submittal , 29/5/26 leak appears to have stopped, continue to monitor </p> <p>* 28/5/26 fire alarm stbd side was stuck on after testing, removed test panel upwards and tapped it and that stopped it </p> <p>* 31/5/26 Gas detector was giving false oxygen levels and alarming , after restarting it several times it would display error 02 , have put in an MRF for inspection </p> <p>* 1/6/26 Aircon contractors onboard and when I returned from break the aft aircon has been reinstated and is cooling away just fine 👍</p> <p>* 1/6/26 Lifebuoy light expires June 26 , have requested new Lifebuoy light with this weeks stores request, 8/6/26 replaced lifebuoy light whilst conducting 3 monthly maintenance checks</p> <p>* 4/6/26 Charts corrected for NTM edition 11 / 2026</p> <p>* 4/6/26 Had to back flush several times to clear something fouled in jet unit stbd I believe , all come good </p> <p>* Left vessel 8/6/26 to serve on other vessels </p> <p>Hope all goes well 😘</p>
