12/04/26 New Genset installed. Dip stick is over the back not the front. Oil and coolant being used is the same as the mains. To start turn key to 'ON' press and hold the 'OVERRIDE' button in for a few seconds then turn key to 'START'. To stop just turn key 'OFF'.
29/04/26 When on board Aft cabin AC not operational, had been isolated at condenser unit on roof, called maintenance and informed it had been throwing an error code, 13/05/26 AC service technician on board during break has ordered the required part to repair AC unit. Maintenance have informed us we can run the AC, but with the cooler weather we have only been running the forward cabin AC unit.
29/04/26 port fire control panel alarm would not shut down during prestart tests, MRF'd and replaced 30/04/26. No issues since.
30/04/26 New vessel evacuation plans with updated lifejacket numbers have been placed as per plan. All out of date certs on SharePoint have been raised and updated.
The watchbill, LSA and FFE hard copy's have been removed from vessel and are not on SharePoint, has been raised with management to either return docs or be available on SharePoint.
10/05/26 wheelhouse lifering light expires June 26 has been ordered by stores request
11/05/26 Port M/E gearbox tail shaft seal has a slight leak present, MRFd please monitor.
08/05/26 Maintance on board replaced port aft cabin latch and completed jet calibrations
13/05/26 Red hand smoke flare replaced
13/05/26 AMSA on board during break conducting spot audit due to incident with ship in Clinton swing basin, please ensure port procedures are read and understood during any master training. All ok with audit.
18/05 maintenance replaced the anchor winch and repaired raw water piping to the genset.
18/05 port ME impeller failure leaving GL4 after 1540 run. Maintenance onboard at GL3 to replace. Came up as sea water pressure alarm on wheel house panel.
ESA will be onboard 11/06/2026 for 6 monthly fire inspections at 1130
