<p>Been on night shift, doing notes before I leave, as there isn't any, here's what I know, </p> <p>port fuel guage has been replaced after not working 19/4/26</p> <p>genset water pump replaced after leaking 18/4/26</p> <p>STBD gearbox cooler leak resealed 21/4/26</p> <p>Port diesel leak at filter fixed, </p> <p>freshwater tank leaks if you fill it full, so 330 Lt on guage when filling and doesn't leak much at all</p> <p>new smoke flare added to grab kit as old one expired , 2 were supplied to vessel so sent one back as only 1 is required </p> <p>lifebuoy light expires in May , so you might want to order one when May rolls around </p> <p>See flagged emails regarding refurbishment works at Mot , no wash restrictions , flagged email regarding helm connect training, </p> <p>NTMs to be completed on SharePoint now as per newsfeed deputy post 20/4/26 </p> <p>flagged email regarding refuelling still applicable 25/3/26</p> <p>gas detector serviced 18/4/26 I believe , </p> <p>mains and genset serviced 20/4/26</p> <p>tyre fender at midship fender at gl4 was replaced as the old tyre fell off after rope decayed that was securing it , </p> <p>topped up genset coolant twice in last 2 weeks as it goes down slowly in expansion tank 17/4/26 + 28/4/26 </p> <p>topped up port main coolant 17/4/26 as expansion tank gets empty after a few weeks </p> <p>The light on the aft deck port side flickers on and off sometimes , there is an mrf open for it</p> <p>The STBD aft boarding door latch needs to be checked to make sure pin secures it properly when opening and closing it , wriggle the pin shut if it doesn't go all the way when securing it shut .</p> <p>Safety dvd repeats, so you need to reset it at 18.00 mins and pause it ready for next time , </p> <p>hope this helps </p> <p>signed Nathan Raphael 29/4/26</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
