<p>Welcome back hope you enjoyed your swing off .</p> <p>✳️ on the 10/04/26 a bolt was missing from the port side alternator has been replaced.</p> <p>✳️ Morgan on training </p> <p>✳️ primary fuel filter port side leaking maintenance aware and will replace it when they get time.</p> <p>✳️ maintenance resealed port side primery fuel filter on 21/04/26.</p> <p>✳️MRF shore power lead at APLNG BK lead has a pinch outer sheath broken not our problem as Jack Buckthorpe will get on to it e,mail sent 23/04/26</p> <p>G.Wilson on board 26/04/26 up to end of Alpha swing. <br /> 27/04/26 Stbd E/room fire alarm sounded due to E/R fans cutting out. Breaker had tripped on AC distribution panel, Please monitor has not occurred again.</p> <p>Chart corrections up to date on SharePoint to Edition 8</p>
