<p>25/3/26 </p> <ul> <li>MRF port jet jhydraulic oil leak from ram seal.</li> <li>Port main also has a coolant leak, maintance is aware (please monitor)</li> <li>firt aid kit serviced </li> <li>please see flagged email regarding refueling vessel to have 60% of fuel or 2 days worth and 20%</li> </ul> <p>26/3/26 </p> <ul> <li>centre tv replaced select AV (go across and up on arrows to get to AV the purple box) </li> <li>port jet bucket ram replaced to fix leaking seal</li> </ul> <p>27/3/26</p> <ul> <li>Stbd jet bucket cylinder changed by maintenance to address oil leak.</li> <li>Jet system calibrated </li> <li>both fuel gages calibrated </li> </ul> <p>30/3/26</p> <ul> <li>vessel pest controlled </li> <li>Aft aircon not working- maintance aware, cool summers booked for investigation </li> <li>power board that charges the radios and I pad has been removed as it was tripping the shorepower. I have ordered another and Matt has said he will try get us one before Thursday (stores day) </li> <li>please see flagged email regarding incident reporting </li> </ul> <p>31/3/26</p> <ul> <li>new shorepower lead as shorepower kept tripping, however acers needs to come remove the old lead as it is incased in the box, so please be mindful of the new lead under the Mat for now. </li> </ul> <p>chart corrections compleated </p> <ul> <li>NTM 248(T)/2026 Edition 6 Double island point to Yeppoon / obstructions, nav-aids off station</li> <li>203(t)/2026 cancellation of previous notice - 907(t)/2025</li> </ul> <p><br /> </p> <p> </p> <p>On board vessel for one day 07/04/26</p> <p>vessel all running well as far as I'm aware.</p> <p>Crew radios are essentially not working. Constantly cutting out. Has been MRF'd and awaiting replacements or new batteries.</p> <p>See email regarding 60% fuel redundancy until further notice. </p> <p>Port fire alarm panel intermittently getting stuck on after running system test in morning. Has happened the last 2 days of swing, to fix, lift slightly out of dash and a jiggle or tap will do the trick, Currently no MRF in however maintenance are aware.</p> <p>That's all I can pass on having only been onboard for the last day of swing. </p> <p> </p> <p>Have a good swing :) </p> <p>Dana</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
