Hi Team welcome back. I was assigned to Goodna on the 05/03 so here's what I know.
🛟 On Saturday the 07/03 starboard main 48 volt alternator seized causing the belt to smoke and break in half, this caused smoke and set fire alarm off. In result of this the vessel was stood down for 4 days. As a part of the vessel coming back online the 48 volt alternators have been isolated at the alternator and the alternator isolator switches in forward port & stb engine room entry's are to remain in the off position. We are to utilise the genset if required and shore power. The faulty alternator has been sent away to be stripped down by manufacturer investigate and waiting report.
🛟 Stb main wet exhaust temp sensor changed out 14/03. Faulted twice on the 13/03.
🛟 Top, aft deck, port side, forward deck & wheelhouse washed 15/03. Starboard side washed 16/03.
🛟 Windows washed 15/03, seats and floors washed 17/03.
🛟 Add blue filled 16/03. Fuel bunkered 17/03. Sullage and fresh 17/03.
🛟 Stores ordered 17/03.
That's about all I got for you. Over and out.
