<p>Welcome back! <br /> </p> <p>Stb side add blu injector lines have been adjusted as it was noticed by crew they were in close contact with the exhaust, hi temp ex blanket also adjusted. <br /> </p> <p>Port side fire extinguisher brackets readjusted as were loose and clips hard to access. <br /> </p> <p>14/02 Gearbox oil cooler lines port and stb replaced after noticeable wear was discovered. <br /> </p> <p>15/02 Port main faulty Wet temp sensor replaced.</p> <p>21/02 500hr mains and gearbox service completed. <br /> </p> <p>Stb side jet unit high bearing alarm has gone off a few times, maintenance is aware. (Seems to be a loose connection fault). Please refer to handover notes from last swing also as nightshift crew have been having issues with Shore power tripping out (has been MRF'd)</p> <p>Grip tape on roof walkway is coming away, it is scheduled for replacement </p> <p>Chart corrections have been updated on dataweb and log </p> <p>Enjoy 👍</p>
