<p>welcome back Not to much to tell vessel running fine .</p> <p>🤡 jet oil high temp alarm going off randomly,we put the temp gun on while running and temp is fine maintenance aware of this Brody came down and removed and replaced the plugs of the wiering loom and seem to go away .brody is chasing up a new loom for the jet unit.</p> <p>🤡 port fire pump leek was fixed on the 20/01/26 no issues there.</p> <p>🤡 night shift having issues with shore power @ CP3 ,electrician aware of this and trying to sort out?.</p> <p>🤡 vessel scrubbed down 01/02/26.</p> <p>🤡 add blue was filled to 95% on 01/02/26.</p> <p>🤡 chart corrections completed for research beacons.</p> <p>🤡 here is a little bit of information that Liam worked out how the vessel system runs </p> <p>lithium bank 1 runs both port air cons and all other 240 outlets (GPO's, fans, fridge etc)</p> <p>lithium bank 2 runs stbd aft and wheelhouse air con's</p> <p>lithuim bank 3 runs stbd fwd and atrium aircon's </p> <p><br /> Running the shore power at night to avoid tripping, i have been spreading the load over the 3 banks. So letting bank 1 just run the gpo's etc and running 1 aircon on each 2 and 3 banks eg, atrium and stbd aft. This has worked well and hasn't tripped. </p> <p>If running just the one lead we have found that if you run 3 aircons and they all kick in together at the same time it's enough of a power spike to trip a breaker. Especially if you are running the atrium air con as it's a bigger unit and draws more power. If charging through the day and want to run all the aircons, plug in both leads.</p> <p>It is proceedure to run both both leads. <br /> <br /> A remember that the whole victron system (all 240v power) shuts down when the battery hits 10%. This does not effect anything operationally with the vessel, only the 240 volt system so aircons, fridge etc. engine room fans are powered by the starter bank and everything else is 24volt. </p> <p>A suggestion for dayshift crew on the hot days in summer, after about 1430-1500 the solar really drops out fast and it's right on our busy part of the day, instead of trying to adjust aircons to save power and stress about keeping the boat cool and have enough battery, running the generator from 4-6pm just removes any worry and you can run the aircons cold and keep the punters happy! Gene has asked that we run the generator more so it helps with that too. </p> <p>🤡 Brody will contact Bryce wit a theroy to try </p> <p>🤡 have a great swing guys 🤙</p>
