<p>14/1 Sam has identified a trip hazard at GL3 when pax are making their way up the pontoon transitioning onto the ramp there is a large lip that should have a cover plate but it's missing. Willie has responded with "that's the clients problem". MRF #11019</p> <p>16/1 Port boost gauge stopped working. MRF#11024. Mat swapped the sender unit with the other side. Fixed it for a few days, but on Monday 26th it only read between 0&.1. I noted it in the MRF and checked the NO response but the MRF closed out anyway. According to the form by checking the NO response an email should have been sent to Gene but haven't heard anything from him. The gauge started working properly again the next day 🤣 typical.</p> <p><br /> 17/1 Carpets got wet in bad weather last swing. I've made a request for them to be professionally cleaned.MRF#11025</p> <p>18/1 250hr mains service</p> <p>20/1 Genset service</p> <p>22/1 Fixed Gas detector alarm was wigging out. It wouldn't reset. I've isolated it at the 24v supply panel. MRF#11033 ( isolation has been recorded on MRF).</p> <p>24/1 All passengers seats have been replaced.</p> <p>28/1 Chart corrections up to date for edition 2.</p> <p>29/1 several of the Fire extinguisher cabinets on the pontoons do not have keys visible through glass panel. MRF#11043.<br /> Fire hose reel at stern has leak MRF#11041. Reel replaced 30/1.</p> <p>Fire and Evacuation alarm panels on pontoon several missing glass covers MRF#11042.</p> <p>rear main seal oil leak is getting worse on starboard side maintenance aware not repairing seal until it completely goes.</p> <p>port side engine room fire Alarm is going off randomly. No fire. Fans are running. MRF#11044.</p> <p>1/2 Port fuel gauge is reading full. MRF#11046. Matt replaced the sender again 2/2/26. Seems okay atm 🤞🏼</p> <p>1/2 I have ordered two laminated signs for the wheelhouse cupboard door. "Fire Buckets" & "Fire Extinguisher". I have left some Velcro dots in the wooden box to attach them to the door.</p> <p>2/2 Jen, your MRF re fire hose at stern has come in by email that job completed. They have replaced the hose and reel and valve but not the cover so I didn't sign it off. Left it for you to decide.</p> <p>Have a good swing 😊</p>
