Our 1D survey is for 50 pax + 2 crew
Our 1C survey is for 34 pax + 2 crew
Josh moved 12 good jackets to under seats on Starboard side & the 12 on Port side were good.= 24 under seats good.
we placed 24 in black garbage bags (4 per bag) that are good except reflective tape.
there are 3 jacket in Starboard void that are in excellent condition
THE ABOVE EQUALS 51 jackets
There were 7 jackets that had poor reflective tape & some sun damage on one side that are dated 14/11/11, we classed these as the worst of the bunch. I spoke to Gene & he has advised us to send these back to the maintenance yard as they are above the required number of life jackets needed onboard.
Please let us know the outcome regarding the 24 jackets with poor reflective tape. For now we have placed these 24 jackets in garbage bags for easy identification & removal should they need further attention.Emails flagged in Sent box.
