<p>Joined vessel 7/1/26 </p> <p>* maintenance changed out stbd side backup emergency control panel , maintenance also adjusted limit switch on Shorepower connection </p> <p>8/1/26 * port wing control cctv screen unable to power up , discussion with maintenance, and are going to have a look prior to submitting MRF as they are coming to reset cctv time today , screen working ok now ? for pm operations </p> <p>* incident report submitted for C Sipp slipping on nonskid surface at GL3 on th 7/1/26 , management requested photos of slippery areas , C Sipp and P Hunt tasked with identifying areas , photos saved in gallery , handover from J English 23/12/25 acknowledges that the wheels have been set in motion to bring attention to this </p> <p>* New F7 fender for home berth at shoulder will be ordered on Monday stores 12/1/26 , not sure of when it popped/deflated , not guilty your honour 🥸, spoke with Pete and he has only a couple in stock and no socks , so you might have to see if you can make use of the old sock ?</p> <p>* Peter from stores is sourcing some new tide tables , yet to arrive </p> <p>10/1/26 * new headline at QC4 fitted 28 mm silver rope , have put the splice on the edge of the fender post where the line wears , might last a bit longer ?</p> <p>12/1/26 * Port Genset unserviceable for operations on Monday morning, as it keeps shutting down about 20 seconds after running , the panel in engine room shows "auxiliary fault" , of note we have had rain over the weekend and during operations on Monday morning? 13/1/26 Port Genset online at startup and run ok for the day </p> <p>* seats in aft lower cabin Portside Barriered off due to water coming out of roof panel, same leaky spot for years </p> <p>* garden hose on aft deck has hose connection and nozzle u/s , new one ordered Monday 12/1/26, also ordered black rubber mat for Midships for stbd side </p> <p>* 2025 notices to mariners log taken ashore to be archived as requested in email flagged from W Ewins, new 2026 log onboard in library </p> <p>* see flagged Email 29/12/25 regarding James Grant Bruce crew transfer JSA , there is a 15 step process to be signed off after perusal </p> <p>13/1//26 * email sent requesting sanitary bin clendar for 2026 </p> <p>* maintenance onboard test and tag completed </p> <p>Hope all goes well </p> <p>signed off Nathan Raphael 13/1/26 😜</p>
