<p>5/12 new cctv cameras installed on port and STB sides </p> <p>5/12 maintenance service main engines 500 hr</p> <p>anchor winch capstan was seized has now been serviced </p> <p>Main Engine boost gauge doesn't function when engine instrument lights switched on, this is normal, also rudder angle indicator light doesn't come on unless instrument lights are switched on, this is normal. MRF 10946 10/12/25</p> <p>09/12, First Aid kit serviced.</p> <p>ESA Fire completed inspections on fire safety equipment 10/12/25</p> <p>12/12 maintance on board- aces called in to trace and rectify genset fault. Fault repaired to genset running good</p> <p>13/12 noticed port fuel tank guage showing full</p> <p>14/12/25, Port fuel gauge faulty, MRF 10951.</p> <p>MRF 10846 rear main seal oil leak has been assessed and nothing is going to be done until the leek gets worse. it is now being monitored and has been signed off for ships representative to sign off. I am reluctant to sign this off as it is not repaired nor will it be repaired.</p> <p>20/12 maintance on board- replaced port main engine oil cooler</p>
