<p>FYI 3 monthly due 24/11/25</p> <p>james grant on slip over 3 days last weekend. All cleaning has been accomplished by incoming and outgoing crews. All maintenance checks are up to date. Dona Macfarlane and crew have done a amazing job scrubbing down all inside walls and roof removing mould. Toilets floors have been scrubbed to remove black around the edges and is the best we could get it too. Back deck was scrubbed an normal cleaning completed </p> <p>james grant back on slip all cleaning done to best of our ability due to extra runs </p> <p>Pump 4 looks like it has been removed for service. Don know any information about its return 11/11/25</p> <p>boat running well</p> <p>aft aircon has a tendancy to throw it's breaker some times when changing from shore to genset power. Its only acationaly </p> <p>genset seems to be a little slow and light on water flow. This has been discussed with Brody and a new strum box has been ordered, a full clean of the raw water system has been done this swing</p> <p>the large fenders forward and aft are off James grant as we have been doing the Bruce transfers. Can be returned when James grant back on. The step out the back is a new one and has no home yet </p> <p>use the milk in the fridge </p> <p>have a great swing on. PAUL<br /> <br /> </p>
