<p>MRF# 2337 &2460 Closed out.</p> <p>New torch in grab bag </p> <p>New Spill kit onboard, kept inside cabin .</p> <p>First aid kit serviced 11/5/16</p> <p>New wiper blade fitted.</p> <p>New Visi-guages fitted Port and Stbd fuel tanks.</p> <p>New lights fitted to all under seat lifejackets. </p> <p>New Port exhaust, raw water hose fitted.</p> <p>New Air cleaner hose clamp Stbd Mains.</p> <p>Genset 800hr service done.</p> <p>Both mains serviced and anodes replaced. </p> <p>Port fuel tank void degreased and washed out.</p> <p>Both engine rooms degreased and washed out.</p> <p>All weekly and 2 weekly checks completed and submitted </p> <p>Monthly checks due on the 20th May. </p> <p>Reflective tape replaced on Carley floats, still waiting for lettering to show up.</p> <p>Broken Rubber fendering on both sides of the vessel getting worse, still waiting for replacement.</p> <p>Independent workplace safety audit conducted by Sonic and J.Spooner came aboard to assess our working conditions 3/5/16 ............no feed back recieved yet.</p> <p>New pontoon fenders fitted.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
