<p>20/08/25 Joined vessel</p> <p>21/08/25 STBD bilge pump replaced</p> <p>Port boarding camera repaired.</p> <p>26/08/25 Lightship survey completed.</p> <p>27/08/25 STBD TV ; AV cable under dash wiring has detached from plug. Maintenance have ordered replacement.</p> <p>02/09/25 Rate Reduction timetable in place see flagged email and schedule. Please send emails to Jack Buckthorpe, Shane Whitlock, APLNG ops and APLNG security outlying numbers for 0540 and 0630 am run.</p> <p>05/08/25 Stbd tv AV cable splitter repaired under dash all seems to be working ok</p> <p>DVD the back button on the DVD player has been pushed back in it is still operational, my fault pushed it a little to hard. I have not submitted an MRF yet it is still functional,Brodie is unsure if we can get the same unit that has the usb input he is looking into it to see what alternatives we have. </p>
