<p>A in water survey was completed on my day off . A lagging repair in port ER was completed and some loose bolts on seats was nipped up for the survey </p> <p>windscreen wiper was MRFed </p> <p>Uni rail has been tagged out. It has reached its end of life . a safety concern was raised in regards to the uni rail being too close to the edge at mid ships creating a possible fall. needing a rescue plan which we do not have Sean is aware.<br /> <br /> email has been sent to management in regards to Hull clean </p> <p>MRFed water pump running , port aft clear's , std void 3 hatch was MRFed again because void 2 seal was replaced instead.</p> <p>life jackets in aft deck have been reordered for replacement.</p> <p>port aft aircon MRFed</p> <p>MRF submitted for missing bolt in aft deck chair row behind battery bank.</p> <p>first aid expiring September </p> <p> </p> <p>Proud of you Josh </p>
