<p>Joined vessel 30/7/25 </p> <p>* 31/7/25 Radar was not detecting scanner, reset circuit breaker come good with no further issues </p> <p>* 4/8/25 The Stbd fwd fire flap had the seal on flap come adrift and maintenance attended and used contact adhesive to reattach</p> <p>* Stbd DC bilge pump engine room has noisy bearing when operated MRF submitted </p> <p>* see email 6/8/25 regarding passenger seat covers , haven't ordered any yet, still a bit of life left, however they are in stock when required 👍</p> <p>* 9/8/25 vessel due to be slipped for out of water survey and was cancelled pm 8/8/25 , no date yet received for next due slipping </p> <p>* Chart corrections for edition 16 completed </p> <p>* sullage guage not accurate please use consumption of water for sullage levels and bunker fresh water the same time as pumping sullage </p> <p>* 11/8/25 Fast light is u/s maintenance advised MRF submitted, Port boarding cctv has moisture in camera lens MRF submitted </p> <p>* Last day served 11/8/25 </p> <p>Back for 1 day 19/8/25 </p> <p>* Stbd tv not working anymore ,, 1 of the dolphin torches has flat battery, have ordered replacement , can't find the spare one that was onboard ? so 1 torch no working , </p> <p>see flagged email regarding chemwatch 14/8/25 updated user guide in attachment,</p> <p>ipad requested to go to office and has new pin 0000</p> <p>can now take photos of log whilst on ships log page , no need to save photos to library anymore, engineering log running out of pages next week, electrical certificate due </p> <p>have fun , c you all in September 😊</p>
