<p>02/08/2025 test and tag completed. <br /> </p> <p>hard copy of SDS folder no longer required onboard. Chem Watch QR code now inside SMS. <br /> </p> <p>04/08 annual survey completed<br /> </p> <p>08/08 uni rail inspection. <br /> </p> <p>09/08 Vessel audit 2025hrs-2132hrs. <br /> </p> <p>chart corrections up to date. New pages being added to log. <br /> </p> <p>MRF submitted for genset display. #10721/ THIS WAS RECTIFIED BY RESETTING THE BATTERY ISOLATOR </p> <p>charging cord missing for spot light if anyone knows where it is. If not need a new one ordered. Has been charged. <br /> </p> <p>16&17/08 vessel stood down over weekend</p> <p>replace genset strainer fittings. Replace port main raw water pump seal and impeller. Remove and replace after cooler hoses and coolant. Port main wiring rubbing on 48v alternator fixed. Port main raw water leak on mixing elbow fixed. Stb Adblue injector and line replaced. </p> <p> </p> <p>FYI I broke a catch on the vacuume. I sourced a spare which isn't quite the same but doing the job. New one to suit on order. <br /> </p> <p>19/08 maintenance onboard repair to aft cabin door latch. Replace reflective tape on Carly floats. Unable to make fuel booking. <br /> </p>
