<p>Joined vessel 09/07/25</p> <p>09/07/25 Stbd Aft main cabin auto door closer had fallen off door due to fixings being stripped. Has been repaired.</p> <p>09/07/25 Toilet light switch red indicator had been flickering on and off and stopped working completely, spade joint had come away from switch and reinstalled. All working as per normal </p> <p>15/07/25 maintenance on board to change out M/E annodes </p> <p>16/07/25 Radar was inoperable unable to detect scanner. We were able to get it up and running again after completely isolating vessel and restarting.</p> <p>20/07/25 lower red NUC not working MRF'd and repaired.</p> <p>22/07/25 Ordered new power lead for vessel, has been tested and tagged.</p> <p>23-24/07/25 GPH Training with Tracey Vella she completed 2 days of training on board all her drills have been completed and signed, she seems competent with all aspects of the vessel. There will be another 2 days of training to complete with her. She still had some paperwork to complete therefore it will need reviewing and signing off.</p> <p>25/07/25 Rate reduction completed. </p> <p>26/07/25 Tap for garden hose in Port side toilet is leaking when turned on requires new washer. MRF'd</p> <p>26/07/25 Stbd aft deck gate latch 2 of the 4 threaded screws are stripped and unable to tighten. MRF'd</p> <p>29/07/25 Upon start up this morning whilst doing propulsion checks had alarm BUTTN STUCK 51 come up jet control panel advised maintenance. The alarm is button stuck. Please monitor</p> <p>STBD TV is still cutting out intermittently with the AV signal for safety DVD, Has been MRF'd.</p> <p>Have a great swing</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p> </p>
