<p>Hi guys, the Torresian has been running really well since the slipping and nothing out of the ordinary to report, no breakdowns, humming away just nicely, same coolant leak in port main and same gearbox leak port main </p> <p>* the vessel was booked in for pest control last Friday 6/5/16 as per emails, to my knowledge this vessel was not done, as we didn't sight them onboard, advised office not sure what happens next? Received call from tenille 10/5/16 advising natraspray will attend on a date TBA</p> <p>* the port main has had an exhaust leak repaired and a new fire pump installed all ok on 8/5/16</p> <p>* incident report forwarded regarding bumper bar ding port aft whilst berthing in home berth marina while one of the deckhands having a drive, vessel serviceable 7/5/16, another incident report forwarded 3/5/16 re; berthing at gl2.</p> <p>* ordered a new powerboard for microwave outlet side as old one is u/s. Asked for it to be test and tagged before sending to vessel and it turned up without tag so I have left it at slipway to be tagged will probably turn up in stores bucket this week I guess. Also ordered paper towel dispenser for opposite earplug dispenser wall similar to Brahminy Kite Setup, should arrive this week I would hope as was approved early into my swing.</p> <p> * lots of no wash zones works at WICET , AP1, AP3, and tug base for bunkers. On many occasions no wash zones in place when works have finished and not being cancelled, very annoying !!</p> <p>* all sorts of crew serving on Torresian for this swing over the three weeks </p> <p>* have left 20 lt bucket full of scania coolant on stbd side behind engine hatch, engine oil top up drum about 1/2 full/empty</p> <p>* port main had oil change 24/4/16 and genset two oil changes 24/4/16 + 8/5/16 </p> <p>* first aid kit serviced by CQ first aid 10/5/16 sticker on lid expires 10/8/16</p> <p>* electrical inspection for survey was done and waiting on certificate, there is a circuit for the mid void bilge alarm / light that is wired straight to the busbar and needs to be wired to circuit breaker, I believe the electrician is working on some plan to sort it out.</p> <p>* emergency light in stbd toilet is out, looks like halogen bulb, can't find any spares, might have to put on stores order next week </p> <p>* genset hatch has new gas struts put on it but still not working properly so you need to tie rope to secure hatch lid if working in genset area</p> <p> </p>
