<p>28/4 </p> <p>Brody on board to service genset at 9767 hours which was 110 hours over due. Impellor and anode checked. Brody noticed raw water (2 inch) pipe contracting (sucking hard) on genset whilst running. Shaun & Brodie removed the 4m long one inch black flexible pipe running from bottom of stairs of port main engine to strainer for generator (raw water pick-up). Pipe full of barnacles. Bashed pipe on dock and also used hammer to loosen barnacles inside before flushing through with fire hose. </p> <p>Fitted two new round aluminum inspection hatches on floor port side near toilet and near stairs.</p> <p>30/4</p> <p>Crew removed and cleaned all five (5) raw water strainers and scrubbed out marine growth inside housing.</p> <p>Drip at port stern gland getting worse. Water in port bilge pump out daily.</p> <p>3/5</p> <p>Both day & night shift crew notice that the vibration on port side is getting much worse. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
