<p>Uhf radio intermittent fault, receives but doesn't transmit, maintenance aware.</p> <p>Ordered new piece of filter material for port a/c condenser unit.</p> <p>Ordered new length of silver rope to make new mooring lines for on board, refuel and emergency tie up, there is currently only 1 on board, the others are light lines and not really suitable in the long term.</p> <p>Vessel is currently doing projects runs to QC4 from GL3 shift change am and pm, departing 05.00 and 17.00 from GL3, there is an email onboard with pics of GL3 tie up on Parangool berth, berthing inshore of Parangool at QC4, gangway at QC4 is awkward, hazard report submitted.</p> <p>As of today SMS is still at office being reviewed and revamped.</p> <p>If looking for stores, check stbd fwd void, black storage bin under soaker pads.</p> <p>Spare vacuum bags in cupboard under dash on port side.</p> <p>When using as wet vacuum, there is a small grey plastic button in the bottom section of Vac, this needs to go into bottom of top section, please do not loose it !!!</p>
