17/4 Surveyor Onboard to inspect vessel, vessel failed to pass due to electrical inspection cert not Onboard, emergency lights removed and when installed they failed backup test, anchor light not functioning and remote fuel shut offs not fully closing. All defects have since been repaired and currently awaiting certificate from office so as we can gain a temporary clearance until paper work can be done to re certify. Anchor procedure has been flagged by surveyor to be insufficient as chain can not be wrapped around this type of capstan, new procedure has been in development and all crew must trail and sign off on it before we can obtain survey cert >>>>> 1/5 I have been attempting to acquire a temp notice but have been unsuccessful
