refer to NTM 903(T)2024
* 20/11/24 maintenance replaced foot pedal switch for anchor winch all serviceable
* 25/11/24 Stbd aft fire flap very difficult to reset , cable needs attention as it is locking up when resetting sometimes , and securing pin is dislocating, endeavouring to make good
* memo received regarding tag line consistency
* 26/11/24 after doing prestarts am, the port fire alarm was still flashing and sounding in the engine room however the panel in the wheelhouse was indicating nothing was alarmed, the isolation buttons don't stop the light or alarm in the engine room , so the trick to fix this up is to pull the alarm panel on the dashboard up about 1.5 inches and tap on the side of the panel housing and it comes good, this is a known gremlin and the panel has been replaced in the past but it happens now and then ?
* 27/11/24 Fwd spring mooring at cp3 southern side was replaced as the eye was showing wear, with 6 mts 32mm silver rope
