<p>Joined vessel 30/10/24</p> <p>30/10/24 Anchor winch was U/S on first morning back MRF submitte, solenoid would just click and not engage motor. Maintenance has replaced main breaker switch in battery box on aft deck but still not working. When breaker is turned on anchor winch will engage randomly.</p> <p>Repaired aft deck storage cabinet door as it could not be closed.</p> <p>06/11/24 Genset 500 hr service completed</p> <p>15/11/24 See flagged email re ConocoPhillips vessel audit. All certs and charts up to date.</p> <p>NB there was an incident on Parangool inovolving a line injury to a fixed eye mooring line please see memo in blue folder and on blink.</p> <p>17/11/24 STBD main engine on cold am startup has been sending error code "over speed and unimplemented"but will disappear after a minute or so, Happened 3 days straight but has gone for the last 2 days of swing. Brody is going to run the computer over them when the Scania software subscription has been sorted.</p> <p>Vibration still present over 1900 RPM.</p> <p>STBD jet bucket still dropping overnight </p> <p>Port engine room down towards jet unit outboard side oil is accumulating over a couple of days, cant visually see any leaks from the jet unit, may still be be residual from the gearbox line bursting. I have been monitoring throughout the swing</p> <p>Handover fuelling was completed on 17/11/2024 due to outage at S/W see email 16/11/24</p> <p>19/11/24 new floor Matt ordered. <br /> Please read and sign new ApLNG support vessel handbook review date 20/01/2024</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
