<p>Incident report/MRF submitted 15/07/24 for pilot chair coming away from base. New chair to be installed 15th. <br /> VHF (main) new hand piece installed 15/07/24<br /> Generator: soaker pads changed 15/07/24</p> <p>main engine soake4 pads changed 16/07/24</p> <p>vessel roof and port side washed 15/07/24</p> <p>stb side washed 16/07/24</p> <p>sullage pumped 15/07/24</p> <p>Steve's notes 👇🏻</p> <p>I wasn't onboard for the last two days, but this is what has been happening while I was here.</p> <p>test and tags updated</p> <p>the starboard engine is having a surge issue, it surges every 30 seconds when it's happening. Maintenance have inspected and have changed the injectors, but it's still surging. They will continue to try and get it sorted.</p> <p>the genset shut down once while I was on due to low oil pressure. I turned it back on and no further issues.</p> <p>torresian is berthing where Parangool would normally berth at gl3 and where James Grant parks up at gl4 while the shutdown is going.</p> <p>The port main engine is still leaking oil and coolant. The soaker pads need changing at the most every two days. </p> <p>there's a couple of MRF's in place </p> <p>5/07 New house batteries installed</p> <p>5/07 Maintenance conducted void inspections </p> <p>6/07 maintenance changed 3 x injectors on the starboard main</p> <p>11/07 fuel pump replaced starboard main</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
