<p>Hi Steve and Annemaree <br /> - I've flagged a email from Willie master is to go on to <a href="https://viking-safetyacademy.com/#LIFERAFTS">https://viking-safetyacademy.com/#LIFERAFTS</a> and do the viking onboard inspection course and it will give you a certificate so your certified to do the 6 monthly check on the life raft. Email explains in detail how to go through the course and get your certificate . If you do the 6 monthly test on the life rafts you need to log in ships log , change date on white board and fill in the Viking log book in the black case in manual cupboard. </p> <p>- The Viking life raft onboard test is not to exceed 12 monthly and not completed more than 3 times a year . So I've made it 6 monthly . If you think this needs to be more or less we can change it . <br /> <br /> - Willie updated sms for new life rafts </p> <p>-flagged email on the 5/6/24 the 1510 run might be delayed slightly for passagengers arriving late but no later than 15 mins after departure time so you can make it back for the 1625</p> <p>- Wifi not working have to personal hotspot from phone for iPad </p> <p>- Tender winch still not operational </p> <p>- fire equipment Due June for testing </p> <p>- We had Alex onboard for one day GPH training , he done well on the ropes had him on the stern . Went through the hole boat safety gear , fire pumps etc and fueled and pumped sullage with him . He just needs to do midships , bow positions and drills </p> <p>- email from Willie and Sean not to have iPad or phones or anything lithium on charge when no one is onboard . So when we go on break or finish at night we turn off crew radio chargers , un plug and turn off iPad , turn off LED lensor light charger as these are all lithium batteries. Make sure to turn radios off or they will be flat in the morning 🤔 </p> <p>- we placed two new aft springs 28mm one at QC4 and one at GL3 . We will roll them up on the pontoon when we swing out each time and have your thicker springs out for you . We also sprayed the thinner lines blue so you tell the difference. <br /> - Completed monthlies and found port aft fire flap pull cable stuck . It's working now . We MRF'd and maintenance goin to replace the whole cable </p> <p>- one rubber Mat was falling apart and we ordered a new one last week for the stern but hasn't arrived yet . Also ordered a new heating element for hot knife </p> <p>- Stbd wing station camera right below the wing is flagged up might have moisture in it . MRF sent </p> <p>- Antifoul still falling of the bottom I've sent email updating everyone Gene said it's over spray </p> <p>-working at heights harnesses are 3 monthly now as per phone call with Gene </p> <p>have a good swing on </p>
