Oil pressure sensor fluctuates intermittently from 1.4-3.4 bar. Sometimes causing the genset to shut down automatically. See MRF 9608.

<p>Welcome back on swing.</p> <p>> Port main engine still leaking a lot of oil and coolant.</p> <p>> When all 3 engine control units are checked at prestart , there is a short delay then a Hamilton jet alarm will show up RPMFB E1 or E2.......maintenance are aware but no answer as yet, does not affect the preformance of the system.</p> <p>> 250hr service on main engines 07-05-2024.</p> <p>> Stb main engine surges 30-150rpm occasionally while underway. No identifiable pattern. Happened last on 06-05-2024. Maintenance is aware. Has been MRF'd #9657. See previous MRF #9572. </p> <p>> Port main drops 100-150rpm while underway. Strangely only happens on the last run of the day...? Maintenance is aware, have been asked to monitor. No MRF submitted as of yet.</p> <p>> Genset start battery replaced 07-05-2024</p> <p>> Genset oil pressure fluctuates randomly. Gets down to 1.2 bar then back up to 3.6 bar. May cause genset to auto shut down. Just isolate and restart. May have to restart it from local control in genset enclosure. Has been MRF'd #9608.</p> <p>> GLNG ramping up for shutdown. Higher than normal passenger numbers.</p> <p>> Port fire alarm test sometimes stays on. The box in the dash is loose. Just tap the box it shuts off. Alternatively I have rerun the test and it shuts off.<br /> <br /> >Genset oil pressure sensor replaced 14-05-2024. Monitor oil pressure.</p> <p><br /> >Unable able to clean genset strainer on the last set of weekly's due to lack of qualified crew.</p> <p>>Genset sea strainer cleaned both previous weeks.</p> <p>>Genset still shut down from low oil pressure today after sensor replaced.</p>
