<p>24/4 please see flagged Email from Des re new training and sign off process.</p> <p> Belts and pulleys replaced on mains.</p> <p>25/4 Removed 95ltrs of raw water from port void 3. MRF 9625 leak from port fire water supply to Stb hydrant.</p> <p>28/4 Jet alarm INOOR/STUCK BUTTON 61. Matt replaced the mouse. Seems to have fixed it (mouse is a bit different feeling, loose like).</p> <p>29/4 Ordered a new Fire Extinguisher sign for bottom luggage rack from Hannah.</p> <p>30/4 Please see flagged email from Willie regarding new mooring line replacement process.</p> <p>3/5 Stb alternator alarm sounded and check engine light remained on at start up. MRF 9647. This alarm has continued to sound every day since.</p> <p>7/5 Please see flagged email regarding Nav light outage at QC4. Not sure how long for but we haven't received any further news at this point.</p> <p>9/5 Carl investigated the Stb alternator alarm problem. I've not heard back as yet.</p> <p>10/5 Please see email re harness and point inspections. I was unable to download the attachment so I'm not sure exactly when it will be.</p> <p> Emergency contact list has been updated in SMS. Not sure why but Willie has asked us to include in handover notes.</p> <p> Removed 80ltrs of raw water from Port void 3. Rang Brody coming to inspect void. Found raw water leak as mentioned above. Managed to stop leak but will return on Sunday to replace pipe. (Didn't show). Will try again next weekend.</p> <p> Removed 45ltrs fresh water from Stb void 3. Fresh water tank leaking MRF 9660. I'm keeping the level of water at a minimum to try to elevate the water in the void.</p> <p>11/5 There is some speculation re The floating pontoon at QC4 (where Trojan ties up) has been slowly sinking over the last few days. Nathan and I have been monitoring the freeboard and reporting to QGC/Shell Captain Bruce and Emma/Willie. At this time we have not received any further request for measurements to be taken and our tape measure has been returned to the office.</p> <p>13/5 The fender socks supplied incorrectly have been returned to stores via our stores container in the store room. Pete has agreed to supply 5 new fenders with socks already on them. He has requested a SRF to be submitted but I accidentally did a ESR form. I have just left it at that I didn't want to double up. The existing fenders with no socks should be returned to maintenance yard please.</p> <p> I have placed a small stores order as we seem to have heaps of most stuff. Also a separate order for new rubber mats for boarding stations as these ones are ripping.</p> <p>14/5. Chart corrections completed up and including Edition 9.</p> <p>14/5 Removed 10ltrs of water from the port & Stb void 3's. I think this was just some residual from the leaks present. Port fire pipe seems to have stopped leaking and I'm running the fresh water tank at 1/4 or below as the leak is halfway up the tank.
