Hi,
Bk crew have been vessel since 7th march with a revised schedule to cover ALL runs with the one vessel.
We have had rather large tides so it's been difficult to keep on schedule but we can only do what we can with the one boat onsite.
We have to drive to FLNE to do handovers at cp1 during the morning on weekdays but we have been doing pm handovers in the marina as normal.
Willie has instructed us to bunker fuel on the evening of the 12th but has told us that he would prefer we didn't wash down the outside due to the site cover requirement. We have cleaned inside best we can but I do stress please don't think we were lazy, we have done our best considering the situation.
There is a phone charger on chart table which is for the bk boat phone if you guys could please take it back to bk once she's back online. It plugs into the deck under dash and the torch charge cable needs to be plugged back into this charger block thingy me Bob.
Cindy has also advised that she has organised a contractor to replace a power point near deckhand station, see email
Hopefully the BK is back online Wednesday at some stage so this mighty vessel can return to marina where it can be shown some love.
When steering has been left on full lock when shut down sometimes the stbd rudder indicator flashers saying it's stuck hard over. Shut down 24volt panel and start back up and alls good. The steering has not been getting stuck, just the indicator.
Have a wonderful swing!
Will
