<p>Hi Team,</p> <p> </p> <p>See email on new certificate of operation.</p> <p>Control failure incident at service wharf on the 4th March, starboard bucket stuck JET2</p> <p>Ovid Audit 6-3-24 went well all compliment, only comment was in regards to appearance due to wrap condition and fibreglass soft hatches on roof over engines deteriorated and again appearance is tacky.</p> <p>Control failures resulting in client standing down vessel pending investigation into root cause.</p> <p>I have been off the bk since 7th March and have been on canaipa with new schedule in place to accommodate one vessel on site.</p> <p> </p>
