<p>Joined vessel 10/01/2024</p> <p>11/01/24 - Maintenance on board to clean sullage tank adjust tank sender unit and calibrate so guage should read 100% @ 500 ltr capacity. Still monitor as it still plays up. Fresh water Gauge also calibrated so should now read full at %100, this is working correctly. FYI maintenance has confirmed that there is no leak in the fresh water tank and is safe to fill to %100.</p> <p>13/01/24 - G Wilson not onboard vessel until further notice</p> <p>18/01/24 - STB low oil pressure alarm, maintenance on board to replace faulty oil pressure sensor on the STB side. No reoccuring issues since. </p> <p>20/01/24 - BK crew on board using vessel while BK on the slip. Had steering issue that has been noted previously and MRF'd on 20th Dec. Gavin from modern marine on board 25th Jan to look at issue. Could not get fault to occur so he realigned system and put a limit on rudders to NOT exceed 20 degrees either to port or STB. Brody on board for afternoon runs on the 25th jan also to see if the same issue occurred and still the rudders did not fault. Monitor this issue for now.</p> <p>22/01/24 - Maintenance on board to replace STB fire pump. When testing new fire pump for weekly's it makes a loud noise, Maintenance are aware and the old fire pump is being rebuilt to put put back on. Current pump is still operational and safe to use if needed.</p> <p>22/01/24 - Maintenance onboard to complete 250hr Genset Service</p> <p>Wheelhouse Aircon still has the same cooling issue. To fix the fault we turn of breaker 1 in the AC switch board wait for a few minutes, turn it back on. Then at the panel in the wheelhouse when turning it back on it will ask if you would like to start on the previous settings, select NO and this seems to reset the system and will have no issues after that. Still no explanation for why it happens, however when following the above process we have had no issues with system for the rest of the day.</p>
