<p>* joined vessel 21/12/23 filling in for 5 days through Christmas </p> <p>* 21/12/23 MRF 9208 was submitted for battery isolator Stbd main inboard engine key guide is loose,,, maintenance attended and following comments were added by fitters to the MRF </p> <table align="center" border="1"> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="3"> <p>key guide is seems slightly loose but still in working order please monitor it and notify maintenance is it becomes worse</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>which is now closed out as requested,</p> <p>* 22/12/23 MRF 9232 submitted for engine room communications </p> <table align="center" border="1"> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="3"> <p>The Stbd side engine room communications using AVO system is not operating correctly, maintenance inspected after verbal communication and suggest the headset in the engine room may be required to be replaced </p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>The fitters swapped out headset from port engine room and tested fine from Stbd engine room, I believe the fitters will source a new headset fort the Stbd side </p> <p>* 29/12/23 vessel washed down top to bottom, weekly + monthly checks completed, however the anchor winch was not raised and lowered and not ticked off in monthly check </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
