<p>Joined vessel 29/11/2023</p> <p>30/12/23 We rectified Ariel's on roof by adjusting fwd Ariel to stop constant bumping into each other, seems to still be ok in 30+ knots</p> <p>30/12/23 VHF 13 Gladstone VTS informed us our transmission was coming through very scratchy, and Ross on torresian confirmed this, have had no more reports of any problems with transmission since we sorted out the Ariel's. Might pay to monitor.</p> <p>04/12/23 250 hour genset service carried out </p> <p>04/12/23 port side fire pump bearings noisy whilst running pump MRF submitted </p> <p>06/12/23 port side fire pump replaced run up and all ok no leaks present.</p> <p>14/12/23 Stbd fire alarm sounded during transit CP1 to marina, upon inspection it was a false alarm, isolated and reset. New engine room fans to be installed may help as existing fans do seem to be quite inefficient for their intended purpose. Awaiting confirmation for installation.</p> <p>19/12/23 1st aid kit serviced </p> <p>19/12/23 MRF submitted for wheelhouse A/C has been intermittently blowing warm air upon start up for the last couple of days to the end of swing. Shutdown then isolate for a few minutes seems to get it going again. <br /> new fender installed at SLB <br /> </p> <p>vessel has been running well have a great swing</p> <p>Wishing you all a merry Christmas and happy new year</p> <p>Canaipa crew </p> <p>Glenn & Dana<br /> </p>
