<p>Feb. 4 2016 noticed puddle in wheelhouse due to deluge of rain . Coming in through plate that holds ladder at top of vessel . MRF #2173 approved but not yet fixed . </p> <p>Feb 5 2016 . Lost port engine due to connections on starter motor corroded and one floating and not connecting consistantly. Connections cleaned and reconnected and new isolator switch put on . Be asare that even though engine starts you could still lose engine because controls etcm are driven electrically . Put internal incident report in . </p> <p>Also deckie was locked out at sbd side boarding well as strong gust above 30 kn slammed boarding door shut even though he had kept the upper pin out to avoid that situation . to use other door on broadside wind . All because that bollard it is too close to door </p> <p>6 feb 2016 bit of oil and water in port side engine bay but not much . Cleaned to dry with about 15 soaker pads . Not sure of source . </p> <p>6 feb . 2016 anchor winch still not operational . Put in MRF #. Approved . It is the switch . </p> <p>Mrf for anchor winchnapproved and bodhi came down and worked on n it . He has ordered a new switch but says that if you step in foot switch VERY hard it will work for now . </p> <p>Jist in case you dont know . When filling fresh water do not fillmpast 70 per cent or it will overspill into the void. </p> <p>Mob ladder top of wheelhouse hanging by a thread will come off in bad weather .
