<p>08/11 500hrs Genset Service</p> <p>10/11 Coolant leak detected on Genset Manifold. MRF 9143.</p> <p>11/11 Aircons Professionaly cleaned.</p> <p>13/11 Coolant leak repaired and coolant changed out. </p> <p>18/11 Amplifier stopped working 9161</p> <p>23/11 Our Harness and Unirail system was inspected. We only have one harness on board at present as one was non compliant. Management is organising a replacement.</p> <p>23/11 The new fire hose covers have a wire lanyard attached. This wire has been identified as a Hazard to fingers so please to care. The lanyard on the cover at our stern has been MRF'ed 9169.</p> <p>24/11 Soaker pads changed out including Genset.</p> <p>24/11 New Amplifier installed (same as the old one). All working well. MRF has been closed.</p> <p>25/11 All chart corrections up to date.</p> <p>25/11 we got a new hand wash in our stores. It's Pink and the old one is Orange. I didn't want to mix them together as it creates a fugly colour.</p> <p>25/11 Genset heat exchanger replaced</p> <p>26/11 3 monthly jet checks by maintenance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vessel has been Scrubbed down, vacuumed and mopped, seats cleaned and clears vupluxed on a weekly basis.</p> <p><br /> </p> <p> </p>
