<p>18/10/23</p> <p>NOTAM MSQ430(T) narrows pipeline surveying operations. 23/10-27/10/23</p> <p>18/10/23 Maintenance on board to treat and remove corrosion on genset housing.</p> <p>19/10/23 new survey report and recommendation papers inserted into SMS and removed old.</p> <p>22/10/23 Gas sniffer tagged and tested.</p> <p>25/10/23 Mains serviced 500 hr service</p> <p>26/10/23 Genset serviced 250 hr service</p> <p>27/10/23 stbd engine room alarm was continually going for no reason for a period of approximately an hour only way was to isolate the alarm to stop it from going. Maintenance are going to install new AC fans in lieu of the existing DC fans to see if this will rectify the problem. There were no signs of overheating or smoke. MRF still in place.</p> <p>House radio antenna replaced, it is still hit and miss with transmission. Some days I'm getting reports of 5x5 other days as low as 2 MRF has not been signed off still in discussion with maintenance regarding a new radio, waiting for it to be programmed.</p> <p>31/10/23 AC units professionally cleaned and serviced </p> <p>01/11/23 New extreme weather contingency plan 23/24 on board and old one removed</p> <p>romPlease ensure all SRF's are submitted by no later than midday on Tuesday of each week see flagged email </p> <p>Gas sniffer certificate updated in SMS</p> <p>stbd steering ram was hitting hull at 25 degrees when turning to stbd MRF'd and repaired, new rudder indicators to be installed.</p> <p>scruubed down sides of boat, fwd and aft deck and roof and main cabin and toilet and wheelhouse 2-5 November </p> <p>LOTO still in place for anchor winch waiting on new motor</p> <p>03-05/11/23 2 weekly monthly and 3 monthly checks completed </p> <p>Polished port side rust marks from side of vessel on Sunday 05/11 was unable to get to stbd</p> <p>we received an email saying our our mailbox is nearly at capacity, I have gone through old emails from back in 21 that have no relevance to our current operations and deleted some to free up space.
