<p>Anchor- all chain installed , extra weight causing issues with retrieval, maintenance is aware and considering options, was advised at the time no MRF required.</p> <p>stbd jet ram seal- leak persists but during greasing noticed significant chunks of corrosion coming out, the MRF is still active for this, Luke and Ritchie are aware of the situation. </p> <p>Ritchie is coming up either today or Wednesday to do Genset services and will take a look at the seal then.</p> <p>im not happy with our oil storage in the engine rooms not being bunded and have asked Nathan to look into containers for beside the jet , any ideas would be appreciated.</p> <p>New bolts to retain the window wiper arms if the existing ones break are in the spare parts box, the centre wiper has only been operating intermittently, new switch installed with no change, There is some black liquid stains below the motor, potentially has had water damage, Ritchie is aware and will investigate.mrf submitted.</p> <p>anodes in port strainer boxes were almost completely gone, strainer anodes are at about 80%</p> <p>port main anodes changed out, port Genset anodes changed out, Stbd main anodes except aft inboard changed , Stbd Genset aft anode changed fwd anode at 75%.</p> <p>medical equipment is overdue for inspection but island medical staff are aware.</p> <p>first aid kit is overdue, cq first aid will be coming to the boat to update the kit.</p> <p>confirmed from office we are not required to fill in written onboard drills matrix anymore, DataWeb is sufficient.</p> <p>i have ordered two A5 fenders and covers, these are slightly larger than what we have currently and will do a better job of buffering us on the docks in poor conditions. Fender covers at our birth in the marina have been installed.</p> <p>spoke to Luke at beginning of swing about eta for repairs to bow, no current eta for repairs.</p> <p>as per memo from Jeff, all overboard discharge valves in void spaces and engine room have been turned to OFF. </p> <p>Breakers/Switches on 240 volt Distribution Board panel in Bridge for Port and Stbd Engine Room Bilge Pump have been relabelled , changed from Void No. 3 .....to Port/ Stbd Engine room bilge pump. Also to make it clear which switches are for pumping the Engine Room Bilges , signage saying Port switch No.6 and Stbd No. 14 is positioned on door of the Pannel. Much more straight forward for inductions now. Photos in the new SMS need to be UPDATED now to correspond. </p> <p>Unable to pump sullage at handover , end hose fitting missing from trolley</p>
