<p>07/09 fire panel alarm issue rectified tested and now operational</p> <p>10/09 Genset strainer cleaned - Genset 250hr service completed @ 1320hrs</p> <p>13/9 Main engine 500hr service conducted PT - 4559hrs / STB - 197hrs</p> <p>MRFs lodges - 8996 - Fire water crossover pipe from STB to PT leaking at clamp </p> <p> - 8993 - STB gearbox oil cooler salt water leak </p> <p>16/9 Fresh water rinsed and cleaned engine rooms - may find some residual water in there.</p> <p>Chart corrections mostly completed for NTM edition 19 - have not received paper copy of 811(t) or 812(t) to insert into NTM index folder as willie is away. We have received the NTM edition 19 via email but hydro office has not updated the Mariners editions online yet so I have not finished filling out the required info in the chart correction register book. Dataweb entry has been completed though.</p> <p>Dredge gateway has completed its work and departed, mpv bagwahn jackel is working at flne small craft anchorage moving and possibly dismantling the pipeline. .</p> <p>Annual life jacket checks - so far completed all jackets in center row, you may have to double check stb side (ask glen) and I got up to the 4th row on the port side I found a few mouldy ones towards the back rows of the middle grouping so I removed these and replaced with new ones from the roof, perhaps they may scrub up a little</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
