<p>07/07 - </p> <ul> <li>Changed port toilet sink tap </li> <li>Replaced port oil transfer pump</li> <li>affixed center toilet fan/light cover</li> <li>changed out expired PFD’s</li> <li>NTM 563 (t) and 564 (t) completed - email flagged regarding new instructions for recording NOTAMS</li> <li>Chart Register for all NOTAMS and MSQ Notices are in blue plastic envelope booklet in wheelhouse </li> </ul> <p>10/07 -</p> <ul> <li>Temp DVD player installed until we can source a new DVD player, this will loose power when switching from gen - shore and back. If no input into TVs then they will also time out.</li> <li>Primary Genset strainer cleaned each week</li> <li>printed out all AHO permanent and temporary NOTAMS relating to our charts that we had not received onboard</li> </ul> <p>11/7</p> <ul> <li>Gearbox oil cooler failure, cooler replaced by maintenance at FLNE</li> <li>updated emergency and operational contacts list for wheelhouse provided to vessel </li> </ul> <p>aft clears were scratched Up when we went to clean / polish them in the first week on shift I’m assuming they have been cleaned during “vessel wasdown” with a soft brush which is not so soft anymore. Just letting you know That there were scratches and gouges in them before we cleaned them.</p> <p>MRF’s lodged this swing</p> <ul> <li>8849 - DVD player replace</li> <li>8866 - Gas strut on Pt E/R hatch to be inspected following near miss reported by D. Cameron (completed and closed)</li> <li>8866 - Boarding areas require non slip resurfacing</li> <li>8867 - Hull clean request</li> <li>8868 - All struts on both engine hatches and the mounting equipment including hatch hinges to be inspected and repaired (completed and closed)</li> <li>8869 - Start battery parallel issue </li> </ul> <p>we have 2 x office PFD’s onboard still awaiting our 2 to be returned from servicing. Please update vessel register when they are returned.</p> <p>Gene and, Peter have been away thus none of the vessels have received stores since the first week. There are 2 separate weeks of stores requisitions that haven't been received as yet when you join vessel, so if submitting any SRF straight up , check out what has been ordered first in last 2 SRF's that were submitted </p> <p>25/07</p> <ul> <li>Engine room hatch cover bolts replaced (MRF #8868/8866) these have now been closed</li> <li>N0TAMS 610(T)2023 Beacon replacement works completed - cancel former notice 442(T)2023</li> <li>Refuelled, filled FW and pumped sulage 25/7</li> <li>Sanitary bin changed out</li> </ul> <p> </p>
