Jake says still awaiting repairs 18/1/16. Apparently a few detectors are awaiting repair. Have been chasing up since November with no joy. I am not sure what the crack is??????????

<p>* first aid kit due 28/1/16 however new company has been sourced to service first aid kits so vessel has to go to marina on 2/2/16 to get first aid kit serviced, this was verbal from jake 17/1/16 he said he would send email. Haven't received email from Jake yet as of 26/1/16. Might have to touch base with Jake.</p> <p>* hydrostatic releases due in February 2016. Have ordered x2 on 18/1/16. Arrived to vessel 21/2/16 and can be changed in Feb. sometime when convenient </p> <p>* parachute flares due February 2016 have ordered replacements 18/1/16. The stores req. says these have been delivered however we have not received them. Tried contacting Nathan storeman by phone, no answer. Have put note in this weeks stores order.</p> <p>* no need to order toilet rolls as there is a full box for torresian in store </p> <p>* fire system serviced 20/1/16</p> <p>* keel grid coolers scrubbed by divers 20/1/16 has broght temps down for main engines, stbd hull was scrubbed not enough time to do port hull. Anodes on hull changed out 20/1/16. Keel cooling stbd main was flushed/ cleaned 7/1/16 as well as thermostats changed out stbd main. Please note that pink coolant is now used for BOTH main engines. The blue coolant is used for genset ONLY and top up bottle is marked genset coolant</p> <p>* genset and port side oil main engine changed 20/1/16</p> <p>* back flushed genset o/b discharge and removed barnacles etc at cooler 8/1/16. Genset raw water lines cooler back to strainer barnacle busted 20/1/16 </p> <p>* stbd after cooler had helicoils removed and thread inserts drilled into cast housing, however bolts still coming loose as engines rooms run very hot, there is talk of putting 240 volt fan setup similar to BK setup. Keep an eye on 8 x bolts 12 mm spanner to tighten.</p> <p>* port aft door has been welded handrail now secure, stbd aft awning cover track reattached to vessel 14/1/16</p> <p>* CCTV has no live display however is recording ok. New hard drive coming old one will be repaired and used as spare. This fault became apparent 9/1/16. Camera 2 is also recording intermittently. Shaun said that there are a few faults with DVR and should come good with new hard drive.</p> <p>* port toilet o ring at button leaking very slight. MRF raised Shaun has inspected and is all over it.</p> <p>* stbd anchor deck hatch was stiff has been freed up and serviceable now.</p> <p>* maintenance day is changing see email 21/1/16 from Dave Bennett </p> <p>* ##########. 24 volt bilge pumps port and stbd engine rooms have had the overboard discharge valves closed/shut on 24/1/16 after email received from Jeff Davey 21/1/16 as these are not in confined space. ############ SMS changes coming up soon to reflect crew response for emergencies flooding / collision etc.</p> <p>* Trojan and Parangool have had SMS changes stating that they are not to use QC1 facility if wind speed exceeds 15 knots, they are to use GL2 as contingency.</p> <p>* new vessel knowledge worksheets in back of forms / inductions folder, old ones removed</p> <p>* port main needs new air filter, no maintenance day forecast, have requested maintenance supply one to vessel , Brody says he will source another one, probably have it in marina on Wednesday 27/1/16 if you are in there anytime? Shaun on annual leave he might be back on Thursday 28/1/16 </p>
