<p>24/5 replaced both start batteries due to voltage drop progressively dropping services ( radios, radar, alarms) battery charger under isolation knife switch was found to be in fault mode. Starter batteries dropped a cell causing faults.</p> <p>25/5 Genset 50hr service conducted</p> <p>02/06 Genset fuel leak repaired</p> <p>06/06 NTM 442(T)/2023 AUSTRALIA - QUEENSLAND - Gladstone - Beacon replacement works.<br /> Maritime Safety Queensland Notice 218(T)/2023 Barge PMG 182 and tug Black Panther are conducting beacon replacement works in Gladstone Harbour.<br /> Vessels will monitor VHF Ch 16.</p> <p>Flagged email 6/6/23 regarding disposal of company property</p> <p>* Flagged email 8/6/23 regarding retaining notice to mariners hardcopy in register on each vessel </p> <p>* Chart correction NTM 471/2023 Jacobs Channel 0m contour not completed - no pen in chart correction folder Tuesday night</p> <p>Genset 250hr service completed 13/6 and strainers cleaned also </p> <p>13/6 vessel scrubbed again in an attempt to remove scale on windows</p> <p>Fire panel alarms still not functioning as per normal</p> <p>Start bank is running in parallel in order to prevent constant alarms on EMS, If shut down for extended period and not paralleled, alarms will sound on start up. Maintenance have been advised, heard nothing back in relation to issue.</p> <p>Flares and crew pfd’s are due to expire in July, probably get some ordered this week via SRF</p>
