26/5 I noticed substantial damage to the Stb aft and corresponding damage to the pontoon and reported it to Willie. Also photo logged all existing vessel damage.
28/5 Maintenence placed Non-Skid strips to boarding ramp @ QC4. MRF 7490 closed out.
1x Vessel Life Jacket taken to office for service. MRF 8703 submitted for Radar not working. No Scanner Detected. Isolate Radar at Curcit breaker and restart.
29/5 Maintenance had a look at the Radar. If the 'Scanner not Detected' fault occurs, Brody has asked us to press the power Button to display our menu options and identify if either of the Radar Icons are illuminated. 4G-631 A or 4G-631 B?
30/5 Nathan Found a water leak on Prestart coming from the pipe that runs from the raw water pump to the heat exchanger on the STB . Brody removed and Welded up the hole. 1/6 Water from above leak was removed from bilge. Monitoring.
2/6 MRF'ed our seacocks - leaking when closed.
5/6 200ml water from bilges was removed. Could be residual from above. Monitor.
7/6 GPS screen stopped working. Has been MRF'ed. Card is in Radar monitor atm. (Screen started working again, card back in port side now)
Someone left the tap in the bathroom on and emptied 300L of fresh into the Sullage tank. Has been MRF'ed.
8/6 Had a navigation audit by Manoj. Found some entries on the paper charts were noted incorrectly. Be careful to use the NTM number listed on the Cumulative NTM for the current year. These have been corrected and all chart corrections are up to date.
OOWSurvey certificate needs updating. Willie is aware. Survey has been done just waiting on new certificate. Manoj has made a recommendation that the expired Certs be taken off the vessel. Office can archive these.
I replaced the stern light rocker switch cause it wasn't illuminated and have ordered a new one on the SRF.
Black Panther conducting Piling and Beacon works - no wash ref to NTM (T)218 emailed 8/6.
9/9 Chart corrections updated.
I have submitted a MOC for a foil shade for the windscreen as the afternoon sun is a killer atm.
13/6 The very small amount of water accumulating in the stb bilge (inboard channel) has been attributed to a small leak in the engine room access deck cover, from deck hose downs.
Brody will come down on Wednesday to check the fire pump and Stb main as a very small amount of green shit was detected on the bottom of the cover plate. No MRF yet, Brody wants to inspect first.
Air cons have been professionally cleaned.
A telemetry system has been installed under the dash. For engine parameters to be viewed by maintenance.
Lady bin changed.
Genset serviced.
Fuel gauges have a delay. When fueling port side was stopped at 1740 but afterwards gauge reads 1870. Stb side was stopped at 1650 but afterwards gauge reads 1740. port side spilled into save all 150ml. Has been removed. I suggest stopping at 1650! 14/6 First aid kits due see email from Cindy.
vessel Scrubbed, Vacuum and Mop and Clears done weekly.
Seats, Windows, Walls cleaned on a daily basis.
