<p>Hi all, welcome back, i hope you all had a great offswing.</p> <p>The boat is running well, no big issues at all over the swing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Here's a list of things of interest;</p> <p>- 06/05 the vessel was slipped and the out of water survey carried out. Hull was also blasted with anti foul added.</p> <p>- 09/05 lightships survey conducted.</p> <p>- <a href="tel:09/05 250">09/05 250</a> and 500 hour services on main engines.</p> <p>- Chart correction added to AUS246.</p> <p>- There was a memo regarding the VHF DSC capability. There is a sheet with instructions on how to switch the DSC on/off/auto, the sheet is over with the oil record book.</p> <p>- 10/05 All outside of vessel scrubbed and windows done inside.</p> <p>- One of the PFD's is due for inspection next month, but will be condemned as it hasn't got the leg strap.</p> <p>- Orange smoke flares expire June 2023.</p> <p>- 18/05 outside of vessel scrubbed down.</p> <p>- <a href="tel:22/05 250">22/05 250</a> hour genset service done</p> <p>- 23/05 Boat scrubbed down, seats scrubbed including aluminium frames, windows done, engine rooms cleaned (including soaker pads).</p> <p>- There is extra runs until next Monday, Parangool 0325 and Spirit also has extra runs so Parangool night shift is to do the prestarts on Spirit so they dont go past their 15 hour spread.</p> <p>- There's a couple of MRF's in place, so check them. One of them is regarding the genset gauge readings in the wheelhouse, the voltage is reading around 15.8v, which is obviously a lot for a 12v battery. Maintenance have been down to inspect and were going to look into it further before the battery is damaged. </p> <p>- The bar on the anchor has been removed as the old one must've had a pin get lost and was replaced with a bolt that wouldn't allow the anchor to be dropped safely. Maintenance is onto it.</p> <p>- Check all flagged emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>That's about it, i hope the swing is uneventful.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks, </p> <p>Steve and Ross</p> <p> </p>
