<p>Hi welcome back on swing,</p> <p>-1200 run and midnight run aparantly running through to th 5th, not on data web as they extended it over a weekend and public holiday.</p> <p>- See flagged email about work happening at GL4, email elisa if any adhoc's occur outside of scheduled runs. Elisa has our schedule and Willie keeps her up to date if our runs are moved around.</p> <p>- When we swung on we cleaned out 6liters of diesel out of STB tank void. Cleaned and no more mess so unsure where it came from or how long it was there for.</p> <p>- Water in water tank void as tank is leaking.. sucked out 29/4.</p> <p>- Vessel has been scrubbed down and throughly cleaned. Vacuumed and walls and windows cleaned.</p> <p>- Water outlet pipe on generator let go at the pong box sprayed a bit of water through engine room and inside generator happend on first weekend of swing haven't had a issue since. (hose clamp was a bit loose).</p> <p>- New charts onboard, and up to date.Des sending out info on charts on how to complete properly after auditer went through vessel.</p> <p>- Friday 28th/4 Vessel had upholstery clean done up the Slipway, and pest spray.</p> <p>- Stores are full. Didn't put a order in for this week.</p> <p>- 20lr drum of coolant under aft stairs.</p> <p>- All maintenance checks are up to date, we also added checks into calendar so it pops up with a reminder.</p> <p>- Completed a inspection as per Des's instructions to go through the spill kits and email him the quantity of spill kits, had to order some soaker pads.</p> <p>- New Chemwatch QR code in back of section 11 in sms.</p> <p>- Updated standard for commercial marine activities booklet,and also port procedures.</p> <p>- Vessel insurance certificate updated and in SMS sec11</p> <p>- Gas sniffer has been serviced.</p> <p>- MRF submitted for glitch in cctv camera screen.</p> <p>- MRF submitted for bellows, they will get done when vessel goes onto slip.</p> <p>- fitted new Genset overboard hose as it was cracked and leaking onto batteries in port engine room.</p> <p>- MRF submitted for STB injector pump, no6 leaking little bit of fuel may need reseat or tighten.</p> <p>- CCTV had a slight glitch and would freeze for a few secs, reset on back of monitor and hadn't had a issue since.</p>
