<p>Stb main transferred overflow bottle to main header tank to see if it would return into it throughout to day no luck </p> <p>second day added 5 lt of coolant to header tank </p> <p>3rd day added 4 lt to header tank definitely has a leak Gary wants us to keep it pressed up every day to stop cavation through motor. Noticed on shut down tonight slight coolant stain on stb side of motor will clean tomorrow and inspect as I am in with you tomorrow </p> <p>addressed prop incident with same crew as my last swing none of them were aware of the boat beaching or stricking anything with the prop. Also reiterated that any incidents must be recorded no matter how big or small it may be. None of the crew recall what had caused the damage.</p> <p>also spoke about the crew roles and how all crew are on the same pay same level there is no hirachy so if someone is not pulling there weight they need to address with the crew directly </p> <p>submitted mfr to move zip tap as gene recommended to do <br /> need normal milk and almond milk and ice have been also trying to get batteries aa and aaa but no luck </p>
