-coolant replaced but not flushed, there was no storage to hold excessive liquids.
The reservoir and header tank were filled with grey and black bi product from ingress of salt water mixing with coolant in heat exchanger.
However rest of coolant came out clean and completely clear.
Refilled with 50/50 diluted red coolant.
-suggested to replace both heat exchangers due to coolant and raw water being mixed,
deterioration has occurred.
-port aft aircon handler serviced, water line cleared, grate cleaned. No water being made by air conditioner anymore.
-upper aft aircon needs new condenser unit,
set of handlers in Main saloon 2nd from bow need new condenser unit also.
-hill scrubbers did not show up, hull very dirty and vessel is very slow.
-new GPO installed in strb aft compartment for new 240v water pump, run from engine room supply through fire locker,
Isolator connected to GPO on AC switch board, centre row at the bottom.
hopefully helps zip tap function for longer periods with higher water pressure.
-water pump 240v new has pressure switch attached amd ready for installation but not installed yet. Stored in cleaning cupboard.
-spare raw water pump for toilet system gone from airport shed. (New Davey pump fresh water pump)
We will need a back up toilet/raw water pump back in the shed.
-anchor winch protector plates partially installed.
Plate itself being delivered to you (Gary) apparently.
-cleaned portside genset filter, will attach before departure and check in the am 20/03
-ZF controls both replaced with new and functioning as normal again.
-fault with port side servo control box for main eng had fault, battery isolator left off as to attempt to reset system, all controls response and communications with unit, engine and ZF controls were functioning as normal.
