-tightened tiller base bolts on outboard,
And both the tilt tension and steering tension,
applied tefgel on joints with lock tight on threads.
-bow on tender seriously damaged from bolts sticking up through worn rubber pads on cradle.
Rubber on cradle where bow damage occurs is now replaced, I’ve cut spare strips to have on standby for next time it wears out, but it will be a very long time before that happens as the new rubber is double the thickness and much more durable.
-aft port side saloon aircon still needs service/inspection, water still looking out when in use. Upper saloon aft handler needs re-gas as is still blowing hot air only. next Monday aircon team coming to rectify.
-no strb control anymore it’s been removed completely, won’t have a new ZF control till the ordered ones arrive, port control survived has been rewired and working like new.
No steering indicators still, apparently it’s broken inside the boat somewhere near the joint onto the main sender supply cable from the tiller flat.
Steering on main WH toggle is back to normal.
-crane pads redone, some components treated. And service complete.
-240v toilet vent fans replaced x 3
-aft port aircon condenser replaced, fabricated a new mount to fit the rest of the bracket support all condensers.
-main vessel entrance door freed on pt side
-moved 50% of the anchor chain onto rubber mat in port side of anchor-well.
to reduce the pile up of chain under the winch, to assist crew flaking chain and ensuring that pile won’t built up to deck again if not flaked.
-New battery charger installed under bridge controls, 50amp, wired into house bank,
Second smaller 10amp battery charger wired into emergency bank under bridge controls also.
40amp Charger in port engine room changes both start banks.
-“Dc to Dc” changer in port engine room installed again (new one)
-new Dc to Dc switch labelled in port eng room DC cupboard/panel.
If the house bank 50amp charger under bridge control fails, turn on “Dc to Dc” charger in port engine room to charge the house bank via port start bank- switch is in DC panel in port eng room- switch is off and should stay off and only used if the main charger under bridge controls fails.
-Hull got scrubbed.
-test and tag completed.
