<p>Hi Jody,</p> <p>Welcome back to the swing.</p> <p>1)All maintenance schedules are completed and submitted.</p> <p>2)All mains and auxiliaries are running well.</p> <p>3) Stbd mains gearbox oil cooler lines were replaced. Also carried out 250/500hrs service. Service to port mains is pending.</p> <p>4) MRF forwarded to replace Sullage tank breather filter as crew complained about sewer smell from vent at the wall in Stbd rear corner.</p> <p>5) Post injury to the crew member on board Parangool whilst<strong> </strong>line handling, new loopy tag lines made mandatory and are attached to the eye of Fore-springs at Marina berth, Mot and QC4. Please be aware that loop would tangle with the midship aft cleat when throw the Fore- spring over the holding line when casting off at QC4. This has happened and initiated hazard report.</p> <p>6) Toilets scrubbed down and cleaned including floors. Sanitary bins changed as per the schedule.</p> <p>7) Engine and jet rooms are given general clean and replaced soaker pads<br /> 8) Fuel was bunkered on Monday as an outage was scheduled on Tuesday.</p> <p>9) Did not notice any discrepancy in time counter clock in Port Genset.</p> <p>Thats is for the briefing, and have a nice Swing.</p> <p>Jag</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
