Welcome back.
* Gensets had their 250 & 500 hr services on 24/01/23.
* coolant levels are sitting at half way on sight glass when cool. Maintenance is happy with this level. We drained out some at start of swing to bring them down as they were over full.
* The hose reel at Spirits stern is tagged out due to a hazard with edges of reel being rusty & sharp. There are two MRFS in for this hose & reel. 8331 for hose nozzle to be re fastened & possible replaced as it is stiff & spinning inside hose making it hard to turn off & on from nozzle. 8365 for reel being dangerous due to rust & sharp edges. We have also ordered some clips to hold hose nozzle under hose reels as they were very rusty & insufficient.
* The Stbd aft fire flap has an MRF in place as we believe that the forward hinge has become loose. This makes the fire flap hard to reset after testing
* the Sullage pump has an air leak at the cam lock under the trolley. An MRF is in place 8361 but be mindful of this problem, if you man this connection you can hold in a fashion that reduces the air leak & decreases the time it takes to pump Sullage.
* engine rooms have been cleaned on 4/2/23 & soaker pads freshened up on last day of swing.
* jet rooms cleaned on 4/2/23.
* spring line at GL 3 replaced Monday 30/01/23
* the mates helm seat has been swapped out with the master hem seat while the masters seat is repaired. When the seat is moved back to the mates side please note that the seat belt holder is under the sink.
* the life ring on the top deck is cracked. New life ring is near the mates couch. Stickers have been ordered for the new life ring. Please take old life ring up to the office.
